Zantac generico (Equivalnte di Ranitidine®)
Uso del farmaco
Ranitidine blocca l'azione delle istamine sulle cellule dello stomaco e riduce la produzione di acidi dello stomaco. Ranitidine e' efficace nel promuovere la guarigione di ulcere allo stomaco e duodenali e nel diminuire i dolori relativi all'ulcera. Ranitidine e' efficace nel prevenire l'ulcera se somministrato a piccole dosi per un periodo prolungato di tempo. In dosaggio maggiore aiuta nel trattamento della pirosi e nella guarigione di ulcere e infiammazioni all'esofago causate dal riflusso degli acidi (reflux esophagitis).
Meccanismo del gruppo di farmaco
Zantac appartiene alla classe di farmaci chiamati H2-blockers, che bloccano l'azione istaminica sulle cellule dello stomaco riducendo cosi la produzione di acidi.
Posologia
Puo' essere assunto con o senza cibo. L'attuale dosaggio di Zantac consigliato per un adulto per l'ulcera duodenale e' di 150 mg due volte al giorno.
Dose mancata
Zantac deve essere assunto seguendo la prescrizione del suo medico.
