Uso del farmaco
Propranolol viene usato per il trattamento delle palpitazioni, dell'angina (dolore al petto), ipertensione (pressione alta), disordini nel ritmo cardiaco e altre condizioni cardiocircolatorie.
Meccanismo del gruppo di farmaco
Inderal (propranolol hydrochloride) e' un ricettore beta-andrenergico sintetico che blocca gli agenti chimicamente descritti come 2-Propanol.
Posologia
Inderal ha un miglior effetto se assunto prima dei pasti. Lo assuma come prescritto dal medico anche se i sintomi dovessero scomparire. InnoPran XL va assunto prima di coricarsi alla sera, con o senza cibo.
Dose mancata
Se dovesse dimenticare una dose, la assuma appena si ricorda. Se si trovasse nelle 8 ore prima della prossima assunzione, passi direttamente alla prossima dose. Non assuma mai due dosi allo stesso momento.
